What is the returns policy for items purchased during a sale or with a promo code?

Any items purchased during a sale and/or with the use of a promotional code are a final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges, unless the item(s) received are defective. In exceptional circumstances exceptions may be made at the discretion of 209 Mare.

Will customs duties have to be paid on shipping?

Unfortunately, this is not something we can control. In most instances, and for all shipments within the EU Economic area, customs duties do not have to be paid. What is the general return policy on items ordered from

We have a 14-day returns policy for all our sales, meaning 14 days from the day your items have arrived at your address. In order to accept returns, the item needs to be shipped back in its original condition with all tags attached. Upon receipt of the returned item we will issue you a store credit. Can I get store credit if I send something back?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept PayPal due to country limitations for Monaco.

How water resistant is the pouch the 209 Swim Shorts come in?

All of our 209 Swim Shorts come in custom made pouch that you can use to carry your phone, sunscreen, keys and anything else you may need at the beach. The pouch is sufficiently resistant to protect its contents if they briefly fall into the water thanks to its water resistant exterior lining and zipper. It is not designed to be submerged or in contact with water for extended periods of time.

What are the 209 Swim Shorts made out of?

Our 209 Swim Shorts are made out of high strength nylon that has been treated with a special finish to give it a smooth and soft touch feeling. The nylon is rapid dry, meaning that it will dry off quickly after you get out of the water

What do I do if I lose an accessory on my 209 Beach Blazer?

In the unlikely case that a button has come off of your 209 Beach Blazer, or you have lost your belt, please email us at [email protected] and tell us what you need and we will send it to you for free. Generally, we can provide buttons as well as other small accessories in timely manner, if we have them in stock. Belts on the other hand have to be produced by hand in our atelier in Italy. As a result, we will try to get you a replacement as quickly as possible but ask for 2-3 weeks to give us enough time to manufacture the belt for you.
